Benefits of employing a trainee
- We advertise and recruit quality trainees at no cost to you, the Host Employer if this is required.
- We will organise all documents that are necessary for the registration of the traineeship though an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (ACC) and undertake all legal documentation and signing of the Training Contract.
- We will organise the enrolment of the trainee in the appropriate course with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- We will administer and manage all Payroll issues including Group Certificates.
- We will administer and manage all Workers Compensation claims and Return To Work programs.
- We will provide ongoing monitoring and mentoring of the highest and most professional standard during the period of the traineeship with the Host (you), the trainee and RTO.
- The trainee is contracted to TSGT and not the Host Employer.
- You will not be invoiced when the trainee is on Annual Leave, a Roster Day if applicable or Sick Leave. Superannuation is included in our charge out rate.

- We advertise and recruit quality apprentices at no cost to you, the Host Employer if this is required.
- We will organise all documents that are necessary for the registration of the apprenticeship through an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) and undertake all legal documentation and signing of the Training Contract.
- We will organise the enrollment of the apprentice in the appropriate course with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- We provide ongoing support through our Safety Co-ordinator to assist your business.
- We will administer and manage all Payroll issues including Group Certificates
- We will administer and manage all Workers Compensation claims and return to work programs.
- We will provide ongoing monitoring and mentoring of the highest and most professional standard during the period of the apprenticeship with the Host (you), the apprentice and RTO.
- The apprentice is contracted to TSGT and not the Host Employer
- You will not be invoiced when the apprentice attends TAFE for their trade course, is on annual leave, roster day, public holiday, picnic day, sick leave or workers compensation. Superannuation is also included in our charge out rate.
All that is required of the Host Employer is to provide the ‘on the job’ training and supervision, fax the apprentice / trainee times to our office, and then pay the weekly invoice. No other paperwork is required.
